My sis sent me BBQ from KC for my b-day a while back. It musta cost her $100 and showed up with a third world country worth of packaging, dry ice, etc., and had to be unfrozen and re-heated. Meh.
I think the best way would be have somebody in Memphis go over to CC, get your order, wrap it up for priority overnight, take it to Memphis airport and send it off ASAP. It'll be chilled in the freight hold while it flies.
