Jesus. This happened in Gresham, which is to Portland as say, Frayser was (back in the 70's-80's demographically)to Memphis.

What is Memphis' Frayser of today?

Notice, I said the Frayser of the SEVENTIES, which was incredibly white and occaisionally inbred. I can only assume the element you are referring to is the Black "element".
