Just brewed it up. It's the Dark.
1/3 Java Jampit viennies/french roast (makes it flowery and aromatic)
1/3 Ethiopian Free-Trade Organic Yirgachef french roast (the flavor maker)
1/3 Ethiopian Free-Trade Organic Yirgachef italian roast (puts the bang/burn in it).
Black is good and heavy.
With milk (two TBSP in a 6 oz. cup), mellow but still dark.
With milk (one TBSP in a 6 oz. cup) and one tsp sugar, fucking perfect desert.
